Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Additional shipping charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.
Upgraded shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Tracking & Multiple Shipments
Once your order ships, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
Tracking information may take one business day to update with the carrier.
Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on your address and product availability. All delivery dates are estimates only.
Receiving Your Shipment
Please inspect all packages for items such as manuals, cables, remotes, and accessories.
Retain the original box, outer carton, and packing materials in case a return is needed.
Any damage during shipment must be reported directly to the carrier. All items are fully insured, and the carrier may request inspection upon claim.
