Processing & Shipping

  • Additional shipping charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.

Tracking & Multiple Shipments

  • Once your order ships, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

  • Tracking information may take one business day to update with the carrier.

  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on your address and product availability. All delivery dates are estimates only.

Receiving Your Shipment

  • Please inspect all packages for items such as manuals, cables, remotes, and accessories.

  • Retain the original box, outer carton, and packing materials in case a return is needed.

  • Any damage during shipment must be reported directly to the carrier. All items are fully insured, and the carrier may request inspection upon claim.
