Return Policy

At Pro Crypto Rigs, we are committed to delivering high-quality mining hardware and reliable service to customers across Canada, the United States, and worldwide. Due to the specialized nature of mining equipment, all sales are considered final. However, in rare approved cases, a return may be accepted following the guidelines below.


1. General Return Policy

All orders from Pro Crypto Rigs are final sale.

If an exception to this policy is granted, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before any product can be returned.
Any product shipped back to us without an approved RMA will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.


2. Return Request Window (10 Days)

If you wish to return or replace an item, you must submit a request within 10 calendar days from the date your order was shipped.

How to Request a Return

Visit our Support / Submit a Ticket page and provide your order details. Our Customer Service team will contact you to review your request.

Important Notes:

  • All returns must be approved by our Customer Service team.

  • Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Approved returns will receive an RMA number, valid for 10 calendar days.

  • Replacement units are held for 20 calendar days after RMA issuance.

  • Items returned after the valid period may be refused.


3. Return Shipping Requirements

To qualify for a replacement or refund (when approved):

  • Products must be in brand new, unused condition

  • Must be shipped in original packaging

  • Must include all accessories, cables, and components

Used, opened, modified, or damaged equipment cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift purchases must be returned by the original purchaser only.

Any shipment received without the RMA number clearly displayed will be automatically refused.

If an unauthorized package is accepted, processing may take up to 15 business days, whereas approved returns take 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.


4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Shipments

You must inspect your merchandise immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete shipment:

  1. Report the issue to the carrier within 24 hours.

  2. Keep all product packaging and shipping materials for investigation.

  3. Contact Pro Crypto Rigs immediately with photos and details of the issue.

Once the product is returned (if required) and inspected, we will issue a replacement or credit where applicable. Do not return any item to the warehouse without an RMA.


5. Defective Products

All sales are final unless the product is determined to be defective upon arrival, as evaluated by Pro Crypto Rigs technicians.

If you believe your product is defective:

  • Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  • A technician will assess whether repair, replacement parts, or full replacement is necessary.

  • The appropriate solution will be reviewed with you before an RMA is issued.


6. Manufacturer Warranties

Most mining hardware includes a manufacturer warranty, which varies by brand and product type.
