We do not provide investment, profitability, or tax advice.
Mining results and profitability vary and are not guaranteed.

4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Payment Processing

We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit/debit cards (where supported), and cryptocurrencies.
Orders are processed once full payment has been received.

4.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice.
Taxes, duties, and shipping charges may apply based on your region.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

5. Shipping & Delivery

Once hardware ships from our facility or supplier, risk transfers to the customer.

5.2 Lost or Damaged Packages

Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier. We will support documentation but are not responsible for carrier-related issues.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Mining Hardware

Due to the nature of crypto mining equipment:

• All sales are final.

• No refunds, no returns, no exchanges unless required by law.

• Warranties (if any) are handled directly through the manufacturer.

6.2 Hosting Services

Hosting contracts cannot be refunded once equipment is delivered to our facility and energized.
Cancellation terms within hosting agreements apply.

7. Hosting Obligations

7.1 Uptime & Power

Pro Crypto Rigs strives to maintain stable hosting environments, but uptime is not guaranteed.
Power rates may be adjusted based on market conditions or facility costs.

7.2 Customer Equipment

You are responsible for ensuring your equipment is:

• Genuine

• Free of malware

• Properly configured

• Legally owned

We reserve the right to disconnect devices that pose operational, safety, or legal risks.

7.3 Access & Support

Hosting facilities are secure closed environments. Customer access is restricted.
Support is available through our official communication channels.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse, hack, or interfere with our Site or hosting network

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Use our services for illegal activity

• Submit false or misleading information

• Attempt unauthorized facility access

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (branding, text, media, layout, design) belongs to Pro Crypto Rigs.

10. Limitation of Liability
